School of Vocational Education (SVE): The School of Vocational Education (SVE) was set up to impart skill education to millions of Indian youth through appropriately designed vocational education programs. The focus is on developing job-specific skills rather than providing only a broad knowledge-based education. The approach adopted is called the Internship Embedded Skill Training Programme, during which many students may also earn a modest stipend in select skill knowledge sectors. The aim of this 'Earn while you learn' model is to enable the students to learn the skill by engaging in an internship at the industry/company along with theory training in the classroom. |

Digital Financial Literacy programs for LSGD members

Under the orders received from the Ministry of Local self-Government Dept., being Nodal Training Partner of SRC Kerala, being conducted training programs in 941 Gramapanchayats, 152 Block Panchayats, 14 District Panchayats, 87 Muncipalities and 6 Corporations in kerala to make the Local self-Government bodies aware of the Digital Financial Operations which is currently indispensable for the LSGD operations even in micro level. |

In this context, IIB has identified that the Industrial safety and allied programs shall be given utmost importance and due weightage when it comes to the safety of the collateral and precious life. IIB is currently being conducted a well-designed curriculum meeting the best of Industrial safety standards that would serve to safeguard the Industrial safety in general and preventing Fire accidents that may result fatal and devastating. This program has received overwhelming acceptance from many major industrial enterprises within a short span of time since its launch |

State Government was on an intense drive for digitalizing the Ration Card Data across Kerala for enabling the efficient functioning of the Civil Supplies Department. In order to achieve this, It required to provide training for the concerned officials in an ERP software specially developed for this project which enables the digitalization process in their respective local self-Government departments. As a part of this project, IIB was engaged in Training of Trainers. ie, providing training for the supervisory officials in the LSGD’s across the state of Kerala. IIB Education has been successfully completed this project in the Year 2015. |
