IIB CAPTIVE INDUSTRIAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM |
- A skill development initiative of IIB for graduates in association with leading NBFCs |
"IIB Education proudly announces the launch of its specially designed Captive Industrial Workforce Development Program for graduates who aspire to have a job in Banking & Non-banking Finance services sector." |
Economists are of opinion that the Banking & Finance sector grows almost parallel to the growth of an economy. The rise and fall in economy is directly proportionate to the Banking & Finance Industry in common as it appears the flip sides of the same coin remains highly inter-related.
The final lap of the last millennium witnessed the complex financial transactions and wide spectrum of financial services eventually flown out of the frame of conventional banking and flourished under the title of NBFCs. Insurance products, shares, securities and commodities, offshore funds, Investment portfolios and products like, mutual funds, other means of capital investments, etc. have been increasingly fallen under the scope of NBFC operations further resulted in a spectacular growth in the Non-banking finance sector.
Having identified the huge requirements for professionals demanded by this industry, and its apparently short-fallen supply of professionals dis-proportionate to its demand, IIB Education has developed a captive workforce development program in order to mould professionals who are equipped to take-up any job-roles under the scope of the Banking & Non-Banking Finance industry. The entire program is clearly a vendor specific one since most of the companies who serve in this sector have their own specialty products and services.
Since this training programme is captive in nature, the placement is assured for the students who successfully complete the entire training program adhering to its terms and conditions. The captive development programme is chiefly focusing on degree students who aspire to have a career in Non-Banking finance sector and the entry level foundation program helps the students from various disciplines progress further through the curriculum.
As candidates are undergoing the program curriculum which includes both the Qualification Packs in the relevant skill sectors defined by NSDC and the proprietary syllabus of Manappuram Finance Ltd, they are entitled to get the NSDC certification, and also obtains placement to the eligible positions in Manappuram Finance under their sole discretion on the successful completion of the course program. |
