IIB EDUCATION has always taken initiative in the community development programmes especially for the backward communities. We do consider that Taking up such projects is a prime motive having realized that it goes with our mission “Education for All’.
Being aware of the fact that one of the basic and key issue which remains a hurdle in the upliftment of backward communities is the lack of providing them with ample vocational training which may help them find a consistent income or way for self-enterprise.
JCB & Harvest operations training is aimed to provide them with a vocational curriculum with which they could easily find a job or emerge self-entrepreneurs either individually or by formulating self-help groups among them.
With our considerable footage in the SC Development programmes have been given recognition, Kerala Agro Industries Corporation A government of Kerala undertaking granted a Government Order in favor of IIB Education As per the work order No. KAICO/ HO/ Tech/EDC/ 2017-18/112. Dated 28-06-2017 Granted towards implementing the Agro courses JCB & Harvest Operations for the 100 SC Students, IIB Education has successfully mobilized 100 SC students with the help of Panchyat (LSGD’s) work coordinators and ward members spread around Thrissur.
The beneficiaries are given intensive training in the JC & Harvest operations, maintenance of machines. In three different modules namely, Theory, Operations & Maintenance of Machines. All the students have been successfully completed the theory & practical examinations at their respective training locations.
